Maria Olivia Leite is the heir to the family recipe of the famous tartlets “Queijadas da Vila,” which are the most iconic sweet of the island of São Miguel. Created from a centuries-old recipe, these high-quality tartlets are soft, juicy and sweet and have a long tradition. Her whole experience comes from making this traditional sweet during her youth in Vila Franca do Campo. She currently has her own baking company in Arrifes
